When I started in Treasure Chest’s Finance department 27 years ago, I was fortunate to have mentors to help guide my career path. We were encouraged to share thoughts and ideas, everyone had a voice, and every voice was respected. It’s important to me to help create diversified leadership by listening to every voice, and by partnering with and mentoring those team members who want to learn and grow.
